Kapankah terakhir kali Anda minum susu??

Saat mengkonsumsi susu, pasti akan beragam penafsiran temen2, mulai dari susu kental manis, susu cair, susu bubuk, susu untuk bayi sampai susu untuk dewasa, susu sebelum kehamilan sampai setelah melahirkan, wah macem-macem ya produk susu itu.

Saya akan menjelaskan scope susu cair saja..

Menurut saya, dari proses produksi, susu cair lebih baik daripada jenis susu lainnya, karena hanya menggunakan proses pemanasan (heat treatment) untuk pengolahannya. Jika kita mau memproduksi susu skim, ada proses separasi untuk memisahkan skim dari cream milknya. Proses produksi yang sederhana menjadikan kualitas susu cair masih yang terbaik, karena perubahan akibat proses tidaklah terlalu parah.

Jika ditinjau dari harga, bisa dilihat kan susu cair terhitung mahal karena memang kualitas yang bagus. Ada berbagai macam merk susu cair yang dijual di Indonesia. Tips saya sebelum membeli, lihatlah komposisi dan nutrition fact yang tercantum pada kemasan. Kalau Anda sempat membeli dua produk yang berbeda, sebelum diminum, ciumlah aroma kedua susu cair tersebut and tell me how u feel!!! :D

Actually I remember that I had a blog, but...I think it lost somewhere..
